Perlshop Office™ is a suite of applications that allow you, the
business owner, direct access to your invoice and customer data files.
Perlshop Office™ has the following features:
- Access your entire invoice base using SSL for safe and secure
access to credit card and other private information.
- Add individualized annotations to each invoice.
- Search your customer database by invoice number, keyword, name, or date range.
- Send customer group email.
- Print mailing and shipping labels. Your shipping labels can be fully customized
with your own fonts and logo images.
- Delete unwanted invoices.
- Track incomplete invoices.
- Graphical display of product and customer sales.
- Perlshop Office™ runs in a web browser -- you don't have to install any new software on your PC.
Installing Perlshop Office
Perlshop Office shares the Perlshop 4 software configuration file, and
requires that Perlshop 4 be fully installed and tested.
Once Perlshop 4 has been installed, typical Perlshop Office installation time
is just a few minutes. Installation consists of placing a set of new cgi
program files into the same directory as your existing Perlshop 4 script.
Each copy of Perlshop Office purchased is intended to be used with a single Perlshop 4 installation.
Secondary site licenses are available for additional Perlshop Office installations
that will be used on the same domain as the original purchase.
