Perlshop 4.4.00 Release Notes

Feature Set:
- Real-time credit card transaction processing is no longer a part of the free Perlshop package.

- Shipping and Handling fees can now be taxed according to the local laws of your municipality.
- Added the plugin module self-initialization interface.
- Added the plugin module self-test interface.
- Added plugin module self-test results to the Perlshop Self Test page.
- The default behavior for a Perlshop CGI call with no CGI arguments is now Self Test.
- Added the 'add_to_company_email' plugin event. This event is for use by plugin modules that want to add their
own data to the company copy of the invoice email.
- Added the ps_plugin and ps_selftest support libraries.
Changes:
- Removed support for First Virtual Bank - they went out of business several years ago.
