Feature Set:
- The Handling Fee table can now contain equations, just like the Shipping Fee table does.
- PayPal is now formally supported as a credit card processor. See the documentation in the ps.cfg file for details.
- Plugin related changes:
The <!--#plugin event --> tag now supports parameter values.
